Placing Your Order / Setting Up An Account
To set up an account before placing your 1st order is very easy. Simply login and set yourself up as a new user. Here you will enter your basic information, such as name, address, company name etc. You will also be able to save all of your information, i.e. past orders, orders in progress, etc. From here, simply add items to your shopping cart. Your current or running totals will always be displayed in the upper right hand side of your page in "My Cart". This way you always know how much you are spending and have a running total. You can keep shopping by going back to the main categories or list of brands, or continue with final checkout. Once you complete your payment method and finalize your order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation with confirmation number - this becomes your sales order number and confirms your order was received by us for processing. Use this confirmation sales order number for all references.
Shipping
All orders are processed and typically ship when paid in full within 1-3 business days, unless an item is on backorder. Orders ship Monday - Friday with the exception of the observed major USA holidays. Larger more complex orders may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the size of the order.
Ground shipping (lowest shipping cost) is selected by default for your shipping option (for Domestic lower 48 states excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam) unless you request 2nd-Day or Overnight. This express cost is based on weight, your exact location, and dimensions (dims) of the shipping box. These additional charges will be added to your invoice when your order is ready to ship. For all orders, you will receive an automatic email from the shipping carrier (USPS) confirming your order has shipped with your tracking number.
For International shipping, all costs are quoted in US Dollars. We will always ship your order the quickest method at the most economical way unless you advise us differently. Carriers shipping costs, including US Postal Service, vary depending their logistics, country locations and service centers. Because of this, we quote every package through different common carriers and methods; (Economy, Priority, Express, etc). International shipping is based on weight, box dimensions, and location and their cost cannot be determined until after the order is fully packed. Thus the International shipping field in the order will show as a "0" but it states "added cost". Your credit card will be charged for shipping before the order ships. If you are paying by PayPal, we will email the options and cost so you can post the balance. Orders, whether international or domestic, cancelled for not wanting to pay shipping or after items have been packed and secured are subject to a cancellation fee and 20% restocking fee.
We ship worldwide daily. We are the experienced experts in shipping abroad. We process and will provide all required invoicing and documents required by each country as this saves you money verses hiring an outside agent or broker at your destination. We understand your package will need to clear customs and some duties may be imposed. However, you will receive all required paperwork and documents so your package will not be delayed.
All orders ship FOB our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. All PO Box ship-to addresses will be sent via the Postal Service (USPS). For any package refused or returned by carrier, cost for reshipment will need to be prepaid.
Payments
All orders need to be paid in full prior to shipping. We offer several easy payment methods: PayPal. Please note, we do not ship orders for credit cards that have declined or if we are unable to obtain proper bank verification or approval on your card. For International and all express shipments (other than ground), or any dropshipping fees, the added costs will be finalized on your invoice and emailed to you for the balance due. All funds should be submitted in US Dollars and payable to the PayPal account of "service@lescorsetlingere". A payment confirmation will then be emailed to you via PayPal.
Our website is updated on a daily basis for item availability. Inventory is pulled and orders are processed on a continued daily basis. Note, we have several walk-in wholesale shoppers visiting us throughout each week. There is a possible chance your requested style may have sold out prior to processing your order. If this is the case for your particular order, we may substitutue for a similar or better "like type" item or "like style" at the same price.
Return Policy
All sales are final, no guaranteed sales, and no returns or exchanges unless merchandise is found defective or mis-packaged. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise, and all returns require authorization with a Return Authorization number. An RA number can be obtained by calling our customer service department at (888) 888-8888. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit for future purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees are non-refundable. (Items that are damaged or defective are not subject to restocking fee and a credit will be issued for the return shipping.) Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for the following items due to health regulations: shapewear, fajas, girdles, and panties. All seasonal and final sale items are not returnable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customer's expense. Proper authorization must be obtained before returning any item. Please note we do not sell on consignment or based on one's business anticipation, therefore, we cannot guarantee the sale.
