FREE Shipping on orders over $100 shipped via USPS to customers inside the U.S.
Delivery time is defined as: Processing time + Transit time = Delivery Time.
Our Processing time is 24 hours for orders received Monday 9am - Friday 3pm (est) . Orders placed after Friday 3pm will attempt to ship on the next available pickup Friday or Saturday but will be shipped no later than the next business day. An order received Monday would attempt to make Monday shipping but would shipout no later than Tuesday. Process time = 1 day
Transit time is determined by geography and the shipping method selected. Free shipping takes 3-7 days to arrive. Standard Transit time: 3-7 days

Shipping Methods and Times: At Les Corset Lingerie, all in stock orders placed Monday - Friday by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time will generally ship within 24 hours of the time that your order was received. If your order was placed on a weekend, we are generally able to ship your order on the upcoming Monday.
Les Corset Lingerie ships orders via USPS. The courier is chosen at our discretion. We offer delivery service within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), US Territories, and Canada. Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority.

All orders over $50 will receive free shipping! Please allow 24 hours after your shipping notification for your tracking number to be activated.
Standard Delivery
All packages shipped via USPS generally arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada takes additional time. Most packages will be sent via USPS Flat Rate. You will receive a tracking number either way; UPS orders may be tracked @ www.ups.com
2nd Day Air Delivery
Packages will arrive by the end of the second business day from the day we ship your order. This is available in the continental United States only.
Next Day Delivery
Packages will arrive the next business day from the day we ship your order. This is available in the continental United States only.
Saturday Delivery
Packages will arrive on Saturday, providing that all orders are placed the day before by 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. This is available in the continental United States only, and the price we quote you will include a $10 UPS early pickup fee.
Duties on Orders Shipped Outside the United States
lescorsetlingere.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties and/or other customs/importing fees that may be imposed by governments outside of California or the United States. You are responsible to check your local laws as they relate to duties and importation of goods and are responsible for them.
Out of Stock Items
Although we strive to keep an active and up-to-date inventory at Les Corset Lingerie, it is possible that an item may sell out prior to our last inventory update. In this case, we will notify you immediately. As always, we are happy to special order any items of interest should you not be able to find what you are looking for.
Confirming and Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that your order was received. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your USPS Tracking number. You may then track your package through the USPS website. (If you do not receive these emails, please check your spamblocker for service@lescorsetlingerie.com.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of regular merchandise will result in no charge to your credit card account. Please note that all special orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed. In stock merchandise orders may be cancelled or modified prior to shipment; however, once an order is shipped, the terms fall under our return policy. Les Corset Lingerie cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or delays in delivery, i.e. overnight shipping commitments due to snow storms, etc.

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We regret that we no longer accept Discover.
Sales Taxes
Sales tax of 8.75% will be added to packages shipped to recipients within the state of California. This does not display at checkout, but will be added during processing.
